Design-Build process

• Our mission is to give the best customer experience and that all starts with a step by step process.

• After you have contacted us we schedule an in home consultation​ where we will go over everything you are wanting to accomplish and start to figure out what your budget is.

​

• Once we know if we are a good fit for each other we can get the design process going. At that point we will schedule a meeting with the client and interior designer for your in home design consultation to help you get the look and feel you are aiming for

​

• Next, we will determine if your budget aligns with your design. If so, we will agree upon a fair design and estimating fee.

​

• When design is complete and all revisions are made we will create a fixed price estimate for the job and sign a construction contract with payment schedule.

​

• Then we will figure out scheduling and get to construction on your project!

​

• The most fun part is revealing the space to our clients, We hope you love it!

• consultation-estimate process:

For smaller jobs that do not need a designer or many selections needed. Like flooring and trim, or misc. simple update we will meet you at your home and discuss your project.  We will then send you a fixed price estimate with contract and payment terms.
