Welcome to "Shiloh Ridge", A custom home built with a purpose.
This Home was built with building science at top of mind. From air sealing, to insulation and efficient HVAC systems, no stone was left unturned. We were able to achieve a pre-drywall blower door score of .211 ACH @50pascals. If you know anything about passive construction that is an incredible score. The key to a comfortable and efficient home is air sealing, hands down. It doesn't matter how much insulation you have if you have a leaky envelope.
Some other key features we included are, multi-zone Mitsubishi HVAC system, Broan-AI series ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator), Andersen 400 series windows with "heat lock glass", Siga Majrex ceiling air barrier assembly, ICF foundation assembly. We also utilized Huber's Zip-R6.6 wall sheathing with an R-21 batt insulation and R-60 attic insulation.
